Final Design*
Design Therapz as a user-friendly platform that helps mental health providers manage their practice efficiently. The goal is to streamline appointment scheduling, progress tracking, assessments, and client communication, while maintaining consistency and clarity across all features. The focus is on creating a reliable and intuitive experience that supports therapists, caregivers, and clients throughout the therapy journey.
We defined multiple user types — therapists, caregivers, parents, admin staff — each with distinct needs. Permissions, dashboard views, and workflows were shaped by these personas to ensure the right level of control and simplicity for each role.
We started by understanding users and their needs through research. Then we studied competitors, reviewed existing workflows, and noted major pain points. Using these insights, we created key user flows and refined the designs through multiple iterations.
The screens shown here represents my take on how the UI could look like.
Results & Impact
The design brought clarity and consistency, making ABA therapy management simpler. Users can navigate faster, complete tasks efficiently, and focus on delivering better care.
